Wiley G. Cason
Wiley’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, construction disputes, and government contracts. His clients, including contractors, project owners, healthcare organizations, and businesses operating across Alaska, rely on him to navigate complex claims and legal disputes.
A lifelong Alaskan raised in Anchorage, Wiley earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology, and Arts. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Alaska Anchorage and is admitted to practice in Alaska and Washington, and before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Alaska and Western District of Washington, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Wiley has taught Construction Law as an adjunct professor at the University of Alaska Anchorage since 2022, and has been listed as part of Alaska Business Magazine’s “Legal Elite” in Public Contracts Law (2024-2025), has been recognized by Chambers USA, and was named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America (2026).
