Bill Evans
Bill’s practice focuses largely on labor and employment law. He has an extensive litigation practice representing employers in a wide variety of employment-based matters including wrongful discharge, discrimination and harassment, wage and hour and breach of contract claims. Bill also has extensive experience in all aspects of traditional labor law representing management in organizing campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations, unfair labor practice charges and labor arbitrations.
Representative clients of Bill’s include GCI, Alaska Railroad Corp., BP, Matson Inc., Matanuska Electric Association, Doyon Utilities, Northrim Bank, State of Alaska and Bristol Bay Native Corporation. In addition to his labor and employment practice Bill also has significant experience in general commercial litigation, construction law and school law.
